• 24-Hour Nursing Care-Dedicated and caring staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and State Tested Nursing Assistants providing nursing care 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

• Secured Alzheimer’s Unit-A unit for residents who may wander and need to be in a secured setting for their safety.

• Skilled Services-Physical, occupational, and speech therapies offered seven days a week.

• Dietary Services-All meals are provided by our dietary department and planned by our Licensed Dietitian.  Special diets and individual preferences are accommodated.

• Ancillary Services-We offer in-house audiology, optometry, podiatry, x-ray, laboratory, dentistry and pharmaceutical services.

• Social Services Department-Our Licensed Social Workers can help residents and families who are coping with the changes in their lives.

• Activities Department -The activities department coordinates activities in-house and outside such as:  shopping, movies, dining out, picnics, and special outings.

• Laundry, Housekeeping, and Maintenance Departments-Our laundry, maintenance, and housekeeping staffs keep the residents' environment and personal belongings neat, clean, and in good repair.

• Business Offices-Any financial concerns can be handled by our competent and courteous staff.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Beauty Services-Our facility offers beauty and barbershop services in our newly remodeled beauty shop.  Contact Activities for appointments.

• Alzheimer’s/Dementia Support Group-A support group is available that provides emotional support to residents and families who may need help with the changes in their lives.  Contact Lynda Ramsey, LSW, or Jennifer Sherer, ADC  at 419-627-8733 for specific times and dates.

• Hospice Services-We offer residents and their families added support, care, and comfort.

• Wound Care Specialist-We have on staff one of the areas only Certified Wound Care Specialists.

• Respite Care -Short stays designed to relieve caregivers.
