Where And How To Pay Your Bill

There are several options available when making payments.   Our most popular method is by the US Postal Service.  Every month your bill includes a pre-addressed return envelope for your convenience.

A second popular option is our Automatic Payment Program.  This program allows our bank to contact your bank and withdraw the amount due from your checking or savings account.  You still receive a statement every month telling you the date and the amount to be withdrawn, but you do not have to mail in your payment.

Payments can also be made at several area Drug Marts and banks, which are listed on the back of your bill.

Additionally, we accept payments at our office located in the Erie County Services Center at 2900 Columbus Ave., Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.  If you are unable to make it to our office during those hours, we also have a night depository by the entrance.
