To report a sanitary sewer problem, contact the Sanitary Sewer/Wastewater Collection Division at 419-433-7303 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  For a sanitary sewer emergency occurring at any other time, please call 419-625-2372. Please have the following information available: your name, address, telephone number, the location and address of the problem, and a description of the problem.
