Prosecutors Civil Juvenile Victim Assistance	The Juvenile Prosecuting Attorney represents the State of Ohio by inquiring into and prosecuting all offenses committed by juveniles such as felonies, misdemeanor and traffic cases involving children under the age of 18 years.   Another important component of the Juvenile Division is the victim/witness unit serving the victims of crimes committed by Juveniles.   Cheryl Goodrum Assistant Prosecutor Cheryl was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1995 and admitted to the United States District Court, Northern Division in 2002. She joined the Prosecutor's Office in January 2004 after serving in the private sector for several years.               KEVIN J.
