Click here to view the Victims Rights brochure (PDF, 4.14MB) If you or a member of your family have been the victim of a crime listed below, you could be eligible to receive notification of the criminal proceedings: All felony crimes Domestic Violence Sexual Imposition Assault Aggravated Menacing Menacing Intimidation Vehicular Homicide Negligent Homicide Notification of Victim Rights As a victim, you have the right to be notified of information (PDF, 134KB). concerning the case. A letter including a client information form will be sent to you. If assistance is desired, it is the victim's responsibility to complete the client information form and return it to the Prosecutor's Office, Victim/Witness Division. If, as a victim, you are unable to receive notification, you may authorize a representative to be notified on your behalf.
